It is difficult to take apart and put back together for proper cleaning. Also they leak frequently unless perfectly upright. Horrible design.

I have tried other straw cups and have found Munchkin to work the best. It is important to note that this new design is significantly different from the older design and all of the parts are different sizes (straw, straw cover, etc.). So, the straw won't stay down if you use an older straw cover by accident. I have washed these specific cups repeatedly in the dishwasher without issue. It is time-consuming un-assembling and reassembling all of the parts for every cleaning but these don't leak like some of the other I have tried do. So, it is well worth the extra effort.

We have used the older cups for ages and thought we would give this new look they made a try.
The cups say dish washer safe on top rack. NOT THE CASE! They were ruined after the first wash..
Shame as they were very cute. We shall stick to the old ones..

After washing them before the first use. When we went to use them the first time the straw would not stay down and the slide cover keep coming open. Would not recommend or purchase again!!!
