The main part of the brush is actually very good: it really gets into the shoulders of bottles and is very effective at cleaning them.

The small secondary brush in the handle is less useful. Its main defect is that it is supposed to screw into the handle but the thread on it is too far away from the thread inside the handle so you can only screw it in a quarter turn.

Doesn't sound like a big problem...until you come to use the main brush: the bottom brush just falls out every time. If there were some sort of suction up on it, it might at least be used to help keep the main brush upright on the counter....but it doesn't so it's slightly worse than useless.

Again, no complaints with the main part of the brush: it's great but you're going to end up ditching the base.

The sponge is quite lasting and they have a hidden brush for the nipple which is quite convenient.

This is the only brush we've used with my one-year-old since we started bottle feeding about 7 months ago. We use it for a month and then replace with a fresh one (the brush is still in good shape after a month but I figured we should replace for hygienic reasons). We've never had the problem with the foamy part that the other reviewer described, and we hand-wash our son's bottles and dishes exclusively (I'm not a fan of dishwashers). Of the 7 brushes we've had so far, only one had to be replaced in less than a month because the white plastic bristles started to come off. Good quality for a great price.

Yes, this brush has functionality....for the first 10 uses. The foam part on the top can get into hard to reach places like breast pumps parts. However, the foam part quickly begins to tear apart, leaving small shreds in the breast pump parts and quickly thereafter, it will detach from the brush, rendering the brush useless. Poor quality, even poorer design.
