Our 9 month old was all over the outlets, and these are effective at deterring him. He can't pull them out (yet), but we can when necessary. For the price, they seem like a good purchase.

36 pack for less than $3. It's really cheap. And it does it's work really well. Quite easy to use. Just push it into the outlet and you are done. It fits well and holds tightly. A kid can never get it out unless he uses a tool. That also means if you want to use that outlet,you will have to use a tool.
