            Comments about Inflatable Bath Tub:

My son out grew his infant tub and we did try the bath chair which did not work for us. Every time I tried to put him in it he would not bend his body and he would stand so I found this tub. I bought this tub because of the horn and that it is PVC free which is huge, not many plastic tubs are PVC free. My son is 8 mos old and 21 lb 29 in and loves it. I feel that it keeps him safe. I saw the other reviews about the air coming out and the plug not working but I have not had any of those problems at all. I would recommend this tub!

I bought this because I didn't think my 5 month old was ready for a bath chair, and he outgrew his infant tub. At first I thought it was great, fit nicely into the bathtub. But the plugs wouldn't stay in place and I constantly had to add air. He also slipped around a lot. I used if for a week then got a bath chair that works great. Would have gone directly from the infant tub to bath chair if I could do over.

I bought this tub for my 7 month old baby who cannot quite sit up independently. It works well. My baby is able to sit up straight with the help of the saddle horn. This is a nice in between option as baby transitions from the infant tub to the big tub.

The only con is that it was difficult to inflate the first time. I do have to reinflate the tub a bit every week or so.

My daughter is almost 7 months and I've using this tub for about 1 1/2 month, she sits nicely and play happy on this, I like the size, she does not slip at all. She is now 20.5 pound and almost 29 inches and it fits her perfectly. I approve it.

                          Comments about Inflatable Bath Tub:

I am glad to see the previous reviewer has had such a great experience with this tub. I,u unfortunately, have not. Where do I start? I took a chance ordering this one as it is brand new on the market and I couldn't find any reviews on it yet anywhere. However, the horn in it that's supposed to keep baby from slipping under really appealed to me, because my 9-month-old son has recently developed a fear of the water after flailing and slipping under the water once about a month ago. My husband was right there to catch him, but it was a scary enough experience for him that he now screams whenever we put him in the tub. I thought the smaller tub with the horn in it would help him to feel more secure. He still screams as soon as he hears the water running, so it didn't work. But that's beside the point. The first time I put my son in this thing, I noticed that the part where you put the baby so the horn holds him in place is entirely too narrow for any baby who is old enough to be sitting up unsupported. Especially boys! The horn was squishing him! I mean like not all of him would fit behind the stupid thing, and my son is just an average sized baby! I actually wound up moving him around to the other side of it because he looked so uncomfortable! It rendered the horn completely useless, as it wasn't even touching him at that point. We've now been using this thing for a week, and I can tell you that, in my experience, it's a piece of junk. I can't speak to durability yet, but the thing will NOT stay inflated. The covers on all the valves are too loose or something, because they keep popping open. My husband had to stick tape on half of them to keep them closed just long enough for my son to take a five minute bath in it. Also, if you are wondering, as I did, whether or not it has some sort of hook or suction cup on it to hang it up with or to secure it to the bottom of the tub, it doesn't. You have to figure out something else to do with it when you are done using it. I feel that after using this four or five times, I've given it a fair try and will be digging out the box it came in and seeing if Diapers.com will take it back. I have never been this disappointed in a product before. Do yourself a favor and order a different inflatable tub . . . especially if you have a boy.

                            Comments about Inflatable Bath Tub:

It's a great small tub for infants that have neck control but can't completely sit up on their own yet. I bought this for my 4 month old daughter. It worked great. The saddle horn feature is wonderful, it keeps her from slipping down. The horn itself has it's own compartment to inflate, so when they get old enough to not need it, just let the air out. However, she's currently 15 1/2 lbs. and is about to outgrow the area between the edge and horn. So, I wouldn't recommend it for an infant more than 16 1/2 lbs (but you don't have to take my word for it. Diapers.com has a great return policy if you purchase it and find it's too small). Overall, the tub is smaller than others ones I've seen. I had an old one that kept loosing air so I bought this one to replace it. It's definately smaller. The inside is approximatly 12" x 20" (guesimate).
