Comments about Wood Blocks Set (100 pcs):

I have purchased other Melissa & Doug blocks before and I'm bewildered at the tiny, mismatched sizes, thin, lightweight and odd-ball shapes in this set of 100. If you or your child likes symmetry, there are not even numbers of any of the shapes (3 of these green ones, 3 of these yellow ones, 5 of these blue ones...). And they are not sturdy enough to build anything interesting. Also, the packaging is deceiving, especially since about half of the box is filled with old school styrofoam sheets (that shred into a thousand tiny balls of "snow").
I thought M & D were sort of eco-friendly with their wooden toys, but they over did it on the non-recyclable styrofoam, shrink wrapping on the blocks, and the oversized box. Needless to say, I promptly returned these.

Comments about Wood Blocks Set (100 pcs):

The blocks in this set are too small. If the child puts them in his/her mouth they could easily choke. I would not recommend them.
