I love this shopping cart! This will be a Christmas gift for my 18 months baby girl. Even my 8 years old felt in love with it. It's very sturdy and exactly like the ones you see at the grocery store.

We love this cart that our daughter got for christmas. She takes it to the grocery store when we go for little shopping and EVERYONE comments and loves it. The cashier ask if it is the stores? She loves being a little shopper with her baby doll in the front and her purse hanging from the cart like moms.

This shopping cart is fabulous! It is super high quality (What we have all come to expect and love about Melissa & Doug products). Some people may look at the price of the shopping cart and be thrown off or think it is too high, let me tell you this cart is an exact mini version of what you use at the store! The plastic carts run about $30+ and this one is much better quality for your money! My daughter loves her cart and can't wait to use it at the grocery store helping mommy gorcery shop! Highly recommended!

I am so glad I bought this shopping cart. The price put me off a bit (this four stars instead of five) but it's turned out to be worth its weight in gold! My son has gone from hating food shopping trips to loving them and being so independent and helpful when we go. He fills his little cart with things we need (and some things we don't - the rule is he is allowed one thing he picks out that we normally don't buy each week...sometimes it's a muffin, other times it's a spatula. It's always funny to see what strikes his fancy each week). I get asked where I got this at least three times during each food shopping errand run. I always say it's by Melissa & Doug but that I got it from Diapers.com!

We bought this for our 10 month old daughter who was learning to walk. This was a fantastic alternative to the expensive "walker wagons" on the market. This toy was very stable on our hardwood and tile floors (not so stable or easy to push on the carpet -- just FYI). Our daughter LOVEs filling this and pushing it around. It can be pushed sideways, forwards and backward. Our daughter is very stable when standing but is a reluctant walker unless she's holding onto something. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this toy.

My 2 1/2 year old loves this shopping cart so much! She constantly ferries her groceries to and from her play kitchen. She told me that her friend only has a play (plastic) grocery cart at his house, but hers is for real. It truly is a miniature version of a commercial quality cart. The improvement that's been made on this one, though, is the stoppers. When my 2 1/2 year old (or her cruising 9 month old sister) lean on the cart, the stoppers drop and prevent the cart from moving.
My 6 year old cousin visited us recently and loved it instantly as well.
