      • Blink-blink. The lifelike Jenna doll can open and close her eyes, suck her thumb (or her pacifier) and sit up straight. She even smells baby sweet. This classic-styled doll also features a removable, soft pink outfit and matching cap, both accented with silky white ribbons. Great for imaginative role play, Jenna is huggable from head to toe.

Comments about Jenna - 12" Doll:

I bought this doll for my daughter's 2nd birthday. I chose a Melissa and Doug doll because of the company's reputation for quality toys, and Jenna does seem to be well made. Really, the doll is fine, but I'm just not that thrilled with the look of the face. It looks cute in the picture they show online, but when the thumb isn't in the doll's mouth, it isn't nearly as cute. The mouth appears open in an exaggerated way, and I'm sorry to say it almost reminds me of a [*] I am choosing not to return the doll because I'm sure my daughter won't mind, and I really, really dislike returning things. Overall, there isn't anything wrong with the doll, but I think if I had seen the whole face before buying, I would have bought something else.

Comments about Jenna - 12" Doll:

My daughter started playing with baby dolls at daycare and so we bought this for her to play "babies" at home.

This sucker takes a beating and still looks good! She likes to carry it around with little regard for anything that's in baby's path (tables, door frames, etc). I'm a little worried about baby's eyes (they're the kind that close when she's on her back) but so far so good (and she does pick at them).
