We bought this for a week long trip in Disney World at the end of May through early June. My son was 13 months at the time. He has always gotten extra sweaty in his stroller, especially when napping. Being concerned about him overheating, I began researching options. I found this and after reading reviews on other sites and blogs, I decided to give it a try.
We also used an O2 Cool clip on battery powered fan.
I was skeptical, but much to my surprise it really works!!! He never got a sweaty head and was comfy. He rarely complained and we all had a great time! He's my 4th boy and I wish I had this sooner. Since then, we use it everyday. And even at the peak of summer in South Florida, he stays comfy (even without the fan). We are buying the car seat liner too.
