Comments about Pump & Save Breastmilk Bags - 50 ct:

I really like how thick the plastic is and how well the bag seals. I produce too much milk to pump straight into the bag though, and it is difficult to pour into the bag. You can't cut the top off to make pouring in easy because of where the label is located. Overall I really like them.

Comments about Pump & Save Breastmilk Bags - 50 ct:

These medela freezer bags are great! I'm a working mom and do a lot of pumping so I needed a way to store milk in the freezer. The adapters that come in the box work well with the medela pump system and also work as good funnels if you're pouring from a bottle into the bag. I actually prefer to pump into the bottles so that I know exactly how much milk is going to be stored before putting in the bags since the measurement lines on the bags aren't very reliable. There's a space at the top of each bag to record the date and number of ounces.

Easy to use but hard to measure how much milk is in the pouch. It gets easier with practice. They take up very little space in the freezer and are easy to defrost.

Comments about Pump & Save Breastmilk Bags - 50 ct:

These bags are practically impossible to zip closed and caused me a ton of frustration, spilled milk etc. Some bags I did manage to get closed and froze breastmilk in. They do not store well. Some of my milk got ice crystals on it and smelled odd after defrosting (I do not have the enzyme in my milk that makes it smell off). Upon recommendation from other online reviewers, I tried the Lansinoh bags which are easier to zip and keep milk better. They must have a better coating on them bc the milk fat doesn't stick to the bag as it does with the Medela ones. Just thought I had to warn people about how bad the Medela bags are! While these bags do have the holes to hook straight onto the pump, you can just scotch tape any other brand on to pump straight into the bag.

Use these for pumping @ work - easy to pack in my pump bag and even easier to use. Makes milk storage a sinch and they also don't take up much space in the freezer. I just have to drop off the bags to the sitter and she keeps bottles @ her house, then I don't have to clean bottles every night!

I have heard their ounce measurement is not accurate, but that doesn't bother me so much.

The price seems expensive, when I could pump into bottles instead, but for me the convenience factor takes priority.

The bags work great. The only thing that would be better is if they came in larger quantities. The 50 bags only last me a week or week and a half at best (good problem to have).

So useful! The adaptors fit great onto my Medela pump. You pump right into the bag, and when you take them off, they bottom open up fuller and they can sit right on the counter! I've frozen countless bags of milk in them! A must buy for the breast pumping mom!

The Medela bags are convenient, but beware that they smell horrible and that smell can make your milk smell terrible. After freezing 100+ bags of milk, I defrosted one only to find that it smelled like it had turned. After defrosting newer milk and finding a similar smell, I smelled an empty bag and realized that it was the bag that was making the milk smell. Other bags on the market have much less of a smell. This product shouldn't be sold.

I wouldnt waste my money on these bags..... pouring the milk out when you need it is too messy and if you dont do it in just the right way, you'll end up with more milk on the counter than in a bottle (just ask my husband, mother, baby-sitter and anyone other than me who has had to fill a bottle). They are far too expensive to have that terrible design flaw. Buy any other brand.

I like the pump and store bags because there are less items to wash and sterilize, but once one is finished pumping it gets messy closing the bags. The only other bad thing is the pouring out of the milk is messy if one is not careful.

Great way to instantly store milk. The new attachments make it feel secure when you pump and not like the milk will spill.
Wish I had this my first time around.

Great bags, very convenient. Pay attention when you close them, it's difficult, not impossible... you want a tight seal anyway!!!
