This is definitely easy expression. Once you get it set up it holds the shields in place so I can truly pump hands-free. I wouldn't say I have much room in front of me to do much with baby and it is only useful if pumping both sides simultaneously. Effective and does the job.

It is very useful. Works like it's supposed to and allows me to pump without having to hold anything! It does take some extra time getting on and is hard to zip. Although I am a 34 DDD now while breastfeeding I should have gone with the medium.
