I bought the Lansinoh and the Medela nursing pads to compare. I like the fact that the Medela nursing pads are tented to better fit your nipple, but because they only have one sticky area they can fall out of your nursing bra more easily when you take bra off/on. The Lansinoh nursing pads have two sticky areas which means I find they last longer. The Medela pads are very good but I wish they would add another adhesive area.

Comments about Disposable Nursing Bra Pads - 30 ct:

I found the Medela brand nursing bra pads to be effective against leaks after several hours of wearing them, but the extra thin design bunches up and doesn't stay in place after feedings, even after one use. The pads can then make nipples look lumpy under clothing - unattractive. I'm constantly having to smooth the pads or rearrange them to rid the lumpiness. I'm almost done with the box and won't buy this brand of pads again.
