My baby uses the bottle well, but if it ever hits the floor, there is a good chance the lid will crack. I bought 6 bottles and within a month, 3 were broken.

I only use Medela bottles and accessories. I also use a Medela breast pump. When I am not able to nurse my baby, he takes the Medela bottles very well. They wash up great and are BPA free.

I too thought that they did not come with the lids, but my daughter pointed out to me that they were hidden inside the box. I hope the customers that have not found them, still have their boxes. Great bottles. My daughter is still using them and the breast pump on her second baby. The bottle nipples are the only thing that do not survive a complete set of teeth!!!

I bought these in hopes to match our other Medela 5oz bottles. The size of the 8oz is great, the shape is bigger than I thought, and the cap of bottle has problems. This set does not have the little disk's to prevent the milk spilling out. The caps are a false sense of security, as that they don't touch the top of the nipple to it thus spilling precious breast milk. If you buy this also purchase the disks to keep everything in check.

I really love these bottles. I've tried these and Dr. Browns and think that these work better. I also want to point out that this set does in fact come with 3 caps, they are just kind of hidden in the packaging in a separate compartment inside the box.

Needed these for breastmilk storage after pumping at work. Function great! But doesn't come with screw-on lids necessary for storage -- huge disappointment and more dishes!
