It leaks through like I would not have anything.I could use paper napkin and result would be the same .Luckily I got this for free to try, but I would never purchase it.

These have worked great for me so far. I'm able to use one set all day long with no leaking. MUCH more comfortable than the disposable. They aren't as smooth after washing. If I just have a camisole on, it doesn't look great. But if inside a bra with a smooth cup, they are fine.

They are great at first use...then you wash them...in the laundry bag and I haven't been able to get them stretched out our flattened enough to wear again. Too bunchy....

I love these and have never had a leak. I have 12 pair that I have used for five months now. The pads are still in great shape after many washes. The mesh bag it comes with is small so I found a larger lingerie bag worked better.
