When I was suddenly admitted to the hospital at 29 weeks with complications, my husband brought me this sweater from home. It was already my favorite sweater but I love it even more now because it has proven to be the most comfortable thing to wear while on extended bedrest in the hospital. The wrap styling makes it easy for the nurses to access my belly to moniter the baby and the loose fitting sleeves do not irritate my IV site. I pair it with a maxi skirt and feel so much better about myself despite bedrest, than I would wearing a hospital gown or baggy pajamas. It will be perfect after the baby arrives, too since there is easy nursing access.

Simply elegant sweater that is lightweight and drapes beautifully over my pregnant belly. The wrap design is flattering and easy to wear. I was hoping to also wear this sweater after the baby, since the wrap design seems optimal for nursing, but I have my doubts whether it will still fit nicely then since the front is actually a little longer than the back (to accomadate a baby bump). So probably best for pregnancy. Sizing runs true; I am a 4/6 and purchased my usual size Small. I love the Forest green color; it is a nice change from black and is perfect for fall & winter. My favorite way to wear this sweater is with a flowing maxi skirt and ankle boots, but it also pairs well with dress pants for a more professional look. This is not a thick sweater so I always layer it over a longsleeve scoopneck top for extra warmth.
