Comments about Manhattan Toy Infant Stim Mobile:

We got this when our little lady was just 6 weeks and put it over the changing station. She spent many of minutes (which is like hours in baby life) watching her little Stim Mobile. We just took it down at around 10 months, but now she plays with the cards (which take a beating and keep on ticking because they are plastic!),and she still loves checking out all the colors. We just purchased two more as gifts to parents-to-bes. A must have.

I have this on my sons crib, he hasn't made his arrival yet so I don't know how he will enjoy it. They must have fixed the issue with the cards being loose and falling off because I actually had a heck of a time getting them together and on the frame, but I would much rather have it that way then them falling off into the crib. So far i'm happy.

I use this on my changing table and my 4 month old twins love to look and talk to it. I change the cards often, which helps keep their attention. Other reviewers complained that the cards fall off, but they must have improved the design because some of the cards can be difficult to take apart.

We got this for my little boy when he was 2 mo old. He absolutely loves it. It is hanging over his changing table. He is now 3.5 mo old and still loves it. The only problem is that the pieces are not put on the base very well and if you bump it they can fall off onto baby.

            CARDS FALL OFF!

I love the graphic patterns on the cards but even when I slightly touch this mobile the cards fall off. Once one fell and the edge of it almost hit my baby in the face. We took it down after that! Maybe I just got a bad one as the other reviews on here are positive!

Not As Good As Sassy Mobile

Comments about Manhattan Toy Infant Stim Mobile:

It's not a bad product, it just not as interesting to a baby as the Sassy mobile. This mobile doesn't turn on its own, no music.... So, the baby won't look at it for very long. If you are looking for a mobile that will buy you 15 minutes for a quick shower, this is not the one.

I gave this 4 stars because my son really loves the mobile, however I've had to tape the pictures on because they fall off so easily and have hit him in the face.

great price! my daughter had this from birth - she began to engage in it once we put her in the crib, and as she got older we put up the more advanced cards and she plays (chews and works on her pick-up skills) with the first set cards; she loves the images - baby talks to them, laughs and squeels!

I purchased this for my twin grandbabies and it is by far their favorite mobile. They are mesmerized by the simple pictures on each card. The cards are plastic and can be changed fairly easily. I highly recommend this simple but stimulating visual mobile over a changing table or on the crib.

This mobile is a must. In addition to engaging both of my children from 3 weeks to 6 months, the mobile is simple and quiet. It is a peaceful, yet engaging, way to stimulate infants. My kids both stared, smiled, and talked to this mobile for months. Who needs all those lights and sounds at such a young age?

This is GREAT! My husband was skeptical & not enthused at all but when he saw our 3 month old twins talking and staring at this mobile like they were old friends, my husband changed his mind. Now, it is his favorite job to switch the picture cards to keep the interest. This was the first toy that the babies responded to. I DO wish, however that ALL the cards were interchangeable. Some of them are "vertical" and some are "horizontal". They could have easily made them so they all went both directions thereby offering more possible variances. Anyway, forget the foofey stuffed animal mobiles. THIS IS IT - and it doesn't even match the nursery......

She started to enjoy it at 2 months when she would stare and giggle at the mobile. She sleeps in a bassinet and the mobile gets in the way when we pick her up. The cards will also fall off every now and then on their own. I like how you can change the patterns.

This mobile is worth every penny (and more). My 4-month-old stares at it and even "talks" to it. Her eyes dart from one card to the next and she seems very excited. Now that she sleeps in her crib, I took it out because I didn't want her too stimulated while trying to sleep. I put it above her changing table hoping it would help keep her still (she's VERY active) and it works. ALSO, you can take the hanging part down in one second if you want to. While dressing her after baths I want her to relax, and I take it down. Forget what's pretty. What we really care about is helping our babies develop, right? This is a great tool.

            The Best Thing We Have

This is so basic--10 cards stuck together! But, from the moment we hung it over our 2 mo. old's crib, she has not stopped talking and smiling(especially at "bee" and "baby"). We hung it very low and used the black & white cards. I have really seen her personality develop because of this mobile!
