This nipple was a lifesaver for us and our daughter!Our daughter has CHD (congenital heart defect) and is trying to "pack on the pounds" before her open heart surgery. She was born small (5 lbs 7 oz) so she has a lot of catching up to do.

She screamed and cried when trying other nipples and we were struggling to get her to eat 1.5 oz in 30 minutes!She is on a high calorie recipe of a rice additive formula, therefore her formula is very thick. Even though she is only 2 months old, this nipple is PERFECT for her! We have tried every nipple/bottle out there and this is the only one she has done well with. She has added 3-4 oz/day to her intake since using these!

The MAM bottles are very hard to find in our area (except the 11 oz size) so I'm using these nipples with the wide mouth Dr. Brown's bottles and it fits just right.
