This is the only product I use to feed my son. It is great because it helps to reduce gas and colic symptoms. My son loves the flat nipples on these bottles which fit perfectly in his mouth reducing air intake which means less bloating for my son. I also love the designs on these bottles, they are so much nicer and more stylish than any of the other anti-colic bottles, and even more than other bottles in general. My favorite thing about these bottles is the self-sterilizing option, it is easy and convenient. The only things that I could even mention as a downfall for MAM's bottles is their limited availability, which seems to be getting better as more retailers are picking them up. The other issue I have is that there are several pieces that need to be washed individually with these bottles but it is a simple enough process.

I love MAM's bottles because as a new mother I was extremely overwhelmed with my son's feeding problems. He was born with meconium aspiration and was in the NICU for 5 days. When he came home we found that he was extremely colicky and also has acid reflux. We tried many bottles that claim to reduce colic and gas but none of them helped and because of my sons post natal troubles, he struggled with the smaller nipples on the typical vented and anti colic bottles. We stumbled upon MAM's on accident, we'd tried several other bottles that are popular here in the states and I had never heard of MAM's but I figured I'd give them a try. THEY WORK WONDERS. My son took to the large, flat, silky nipples right away, they were a perfect fit for his little mouth and they definitely helped to prevent the gulping of air he experienced with smaller nipples. The vented bottom also noticeably prevented air intake which reduced Jayden's gas and bloating. At this point, he will not drink his formula from any other bottle, he only likes his MAM's, which is good because I like them too. One of the things I liked most about these bottles was the ease of cleaning and sterilization. I have well water that we do not use for anything other than bathing and dishes. We don't cook with it or use it for feedings, ect. It's great to be able to quickly clean out the bottles and then use our bottled spring water to sterilize the bottles in the microwave, it is convenient and great for a colicky baby because you always have to be on the move! It is great to have a quick and easy way to sterilize the bottles so they are clean and safe everytime! The two downfalls to this brand is that they are difficult to find in the states at this point, but I have noticed more stores are starting to carry them so you don't have to order online or go to far out of your way. The other issue is that there are several components, it is sometimes easier to have a bottle with less parts to clean, put together, etc., but with how well they have done for my son, I don't mind taking the extra few minutes to clean the parts, because it saves my son hours of gas pain and bloating. A few other things I love about these bottles is their durability, the classy designs you don't see on Avent bottles or many other colic reducing bottles, and their shape which makes them very easy to clean with a bottle brush. In general, I would and do ALWAYS recommend and show off my MAM's bottles. The binkies are great too, I'll review them seperately.
