Let me start by saying this bra would be very comfortable for someone with a smaller cup/band ratio. The organic cotton material was very comfy, soft and breathable. I really wanted it to work, but...

I am 22 weeks and currently a 32DD, and I have a really hard time finding maternity & nursing bras that fit. I ordered the Medium and the band was a little too loose and the cup was borderline small so the band pulled up, and when I pulled it down I had to make sure the cups weren't sliding off. It might have been comfy for sleeping but I imagine if I were to lay on my side I would fall right out, so I decided to return instead of try it.

Note for girls with a small band/large cup: I got the Japanese Weekend hug bra and the fit is good. It doesn't have the same wide band or straps as this one, but the coverage is better and the overall support is comparable.

I've worn sleep bras for almost a decade! I am normally a 34DDD and when nursing even bigger! This is probably the softest sleep bra I've tried. It has nice material coverage and is low cut under the arms so as to not chafe. My only concern is with how stretchy the material is, I would keep an eye on engorgement issues (the less compression the more milk can fill up the breast) I'm returning the XL and XXL and going for the L. I would recommend sizing down.
