I liked the soft cotton, and the fit was great. As a 34C, the medium was a perfect fit and supportive, even during the fluctuations that go along with nursing.

I have about five of these bras and just keep buying more as I wear mine out...not that they wear out too fast, but I absolutely live in them. Perfect to pull down for nighttime nursing in bed, enough support to wear around the house, and SO SO COMFORTABLE!!
I'm about a D cup when I'm nursing and I buy the Large.

I would have to say after having read reviews of other majamas products I thought these would be better than another brand I'd used with my first baby. These were worse. I followed the measuring instructions. I am not sure these bras would hold up anyone bigger than a A cup, let alone someone nursing when the size and weight of breasts fluctuate. I would not purchase these as they offer little to no support even while sleeping.
