I'm 5'7",130 lbs. I bought a medium. I'm almost 12 wks. pregnant. It just barely fits me, most likely it will not fit me much longer. The neck is too low. When I sleep on my side, my saggy-medium size breasts fall out. I will have to wear a bra at night to solve the problem. There is not much expansion available in the elasticized waist band, maybe a few more inches and no more. The top is designed for someone who has non-sagging, small breasts; the bottom is designed for those that are not pregnant(in my opinion). The material is nice and the construction is quality. Usually it is not sweat producing. I looked for a size chart, but there is none available.I usually take a medium, perhaps I should have bought a large.

I looked all over the internet for maternity/nursing pajamas. Finally found these - and am soooo happy with them. They offer several options for long or short sleeves and pant styles, so I finally found EXACTLY what I wanted. The material is luxurious. I could not be happier all around with this purchase!

And this pattern is much prettier in person than it looks in the picture.
