            Comments about Tap-a-Tune Xylophone:

Works well. The string attaching the stick to the xylaphone is on the short side. My daughter prefers grating the stick on the back rather than playing with the music....

This xylophone is a complete disaster, it is out of tune, not even remotely playing any notes correctly. Should not be manufactured, should not be sold. A waste of money. I am returning it today.

                      Comments about Tap-a-Tune Xylophone:

This toy is defective. It has no educational value as it can only teach kids wrong things about music. The keys are not notes, they do not sound properly when struck and they are not tuned. The whole point of xylophone is to make music, and this one cannot do that. Thus, it is useless and waste of money. My child loves music but hates this toy. He tried it once and has never played with it again.
I contacted Little Tikes to complain about it, and I was told that there is no point in asking for a replacement because they all sound the same. In other words, Little Tikes is aware that this is a defective product, and I do not understand why they sell it. I asked for my money back and was told by the customer representative that she opened a warranty claim for me and was directed to email my info to a non-existing or non-functioning email address. I emailed to Little Tikes' customer service explaining what happened and seeking the correct address for my complaint, but they did not respond. I also called Little Tikes's customer service and got the runaround, and was not able to get information needed to have my complaint addressed by Little Tikes.
In sum, do not waste your money!

                        Comments about Tap-a-Tune Xylophone:

This product is horribly out of tune and the "music" that is included is on the back of the cardboard box that you have to cut out. It is not the music this is displayed in the picture. My son doesn't seem to mind that it is out of tune, but it drives me crazy as I can't even play him a simple song. I do not recommend this product.
