This is a great little phone! The sounds are a little quiet, but I see that as a positive aspect of the toy. My 16 month old son loves it.

My little one loves my cell phone so I thought this would be the perfect toy for him. Total bust! While the cell phone looks adorable and is easy to manage with his little fingers, the volume is way to low to even get his interest or be any fun. (We even replaced the batteries it came with to new ones.) We are returning this product - not worth it.
