Comments about Deluxe Ride & Relax Wagon with Umbrella:

I love the design of this wagon, but the quality is poor. The umbrella was broken when opening it for the first time. After attempting to use it, other arms on it broke. The wheels fell off the first time using it and my husband had to get replacement push nuts to keep them on.

Service and delivery comments:

Yes. I called for a replacement umbrella since mine was broken upon receipt. The person I spoke to was very nice and said she would call the Little Tikes the next day and call me back. She has not contacted me and it has been two days, much to my disappointment.
