My 10 month-old son, who has taken other brands of acetaminophen with no trouble, hated this brand. He "shuttered" at the taste and choked on its thin, watery consistency. I couldn't even give him a full dose. Other brands are more like a syrup and easier to swallow when laying down. Don't waste your money.

Pro: The dispenser is really good and easy to use.
Pro: This is the only acetaminophen that I can find for infants.
Con: My son HATES it. I never had problems like this with Tylenol. It is a full on battle to get him to take this. He won't even tolerate it mixed in with other things. The taste is awful.

I think this is an overall good product. It comes with a dropper which makes it easy to deliver to my baby. At first she hated the taste but now she is used to it. My pediatrician gives me the appropriate dosage for my daughter's age.
