This has been a lifesaver for my toddler with a bad cough. He's too young for cough medicine but was struggling to sleep and uncomfortable from his cough. His pediatrician recommended honey as a homeopathic decongestant and this was just a very easy way to give it to our son. It also soothed his irritated throat. I have an extra on hand just in case. This is a great product.
