I first received this as a shower gift and used it right away when my son was a newborn (he had meconium in his nasal passages). The hospital aspirators wouldn't even fit into his tiny little nose and weren't very effective. As soon as I tried this one everything changed. His passages were cleared very easily and more comfortably (judging by his reactions of course) than the traditional aspirators.
I'm still using it almost 2 years later and have gotten at least a half a dozen more kits for diaper bags, other rooms, grandma's house, etc. and always give them as baby gifts. It works just as well on a toddler as it does on a newborn.
My favorite things about it are the size, the fact that the nozzle is clear (makes it easier to see how effective it is being), and that it comes apart for super easy cleaning (yay for being sanitary!).
We are now awaiting baby #2 and will not use ANY other aspirator on him/her!

Buy for the aspirator if nothing else. The best aspirator I've used was from the hospital's NICU dept. When, after a year, it broke - i went thru many aspirators until i came across LIttle Noses. Even if you're kids are too young for the nose spray, get this pkg for the aspirator alone and throw out the nasal spray.

GREAT suction, soft bulb for quick and easy use, good shape to be effective but not worry about hurting the baby's nose. The saline is really easy to squirt upwards or drop in downward- whichever is easier. Many moms told me the hospital issued nasal aspirator was the best one and never to lose it- this one is SO much better.

My 7m old son got a bad cold after flying to visit relatives for the holidays and his congestion was really bothering him. I picked up this kit because it was the only thing I could find and get quickly and easily. I was skeptical because I have an assortment of bad aspirators that I've collected over two kids but this one was surprisingly effective. It does and AWESOME job. This plus the saline are great. I highly recommend it.

This product was easy to use! The nose sucker that comes with it is the most effective I've used as well. Works great on nasal congestion due to sickness, allergies, etc.

the syringe is much too small to be effective at all (even on my 6 lb newborn).

The aspirator does not suction well and I found that if my daughter turned her head while it was inserted, it would painfully poke the inside of her nose since it's not a rounded tip. It is very convenient that it comes apart to clean it but I sometimes had issues getting it back together correctly to maintain a good suction.

The saline drops are GREAT and the tip for those are perfect "Little Nose" size. Just buy the ones without the aspirator since you get more saline solution with it and no useless torture device!

The saline drops are great to clear my baby's stuffy nose. However, the included aspirator didn't work as well as the one sent home with us from the hospital. In fact, I didn't like the aspirator at all. Was excited about the small tip and the ability to take it apart to clean, but it just doesn't have the suction behind it needed to do the job.

This product works wonderfully for my son's stuffy nose each night. Despite use of a nightly humidifier, he still gets stuffed up, so the saline and aspirator together work great for these symptoms. I have another aspirator I had bought which doesn't work, but this one is awesome and I use it daily.

With cold medication not safe for children under two, this is a life saver. It really helps clear the nose and makes the nasal passage a little more comfortable. My son even likes it when I squirt it in his nose.
