I use these between feedings when I plan to pump milk for storage; no more wasted milk. They are the perfect solution when going to the pool or beach. I find them to be quite handy. Replace according to instructions as they will be more likely to leak as they age, and do make sure to apply them correctly.

I thought about buying these with my second child but didn't, tried them with my third and boy am glad I did! I can now go to sleep without a bra and no longer have to worry about soaking through my washable pads, shirt, and sheets. I've read reviews that have complained about leaking-if they are properly applied there is no way they will leak-make sure that there are no air bubbles and you're good to go. Also, the instructions very specifically state that they must be air dryed and to NEVER use a towel to dry them (thus why someone else stated towel drying them was a nightmare!). There are special chemicals in the lily soap that maintain the stickiness of the pads which is why it also states that you should never use regular soap or any other cleansing agent. Sure it may cost more money to buy the cleanser, but the way I look at it, you get what you pay for. I love these things. Only negative I have found is they are not as easily or quickly placed as pads when nursing.

These were the perfect answer to no more bulky breast pads. never leaked with these and no more need for bras at night with these. Also, I never had any problems with cleaning and letting air dry. Great product!

I was so excited to see there was finally something for overactive let down that was reusable and I didn't have to put it in my washer!

What a mistake these are. My first time using them my nipples held them far enough away they were still able to leak and they EXPLODED milk all over me - in a restaurant.

If it weren't bad enough the product doesn't work well, it is quite painful to remove the pads. They stick to your skin - so for any mom who has sore nipples these pads are a nightmare.

I also had huge issues keeping these things clean. The box says to use special soap (i.e. spend more $) so I tried regular hand soap, dish soap, and body wash. Nothing really got them "clean". There were always little fuzzies from my shirt (I'd hate to see what these would look like if I had a dog) and drying them off with a towel is a huge mistake. After letting them air dry anything that so much as stirred in the room would settle on top and STICK.

I would rather spend stupid amounts of money on disposables that don't leave my nipples smelling like rotting breast milk, instead of continuing to use these Lily Pads that don't stay clean, are painful to remove anda don't work 100% of the time.

These are amazing! I have been having problems with overactive let down and over supply. I was having to change a number of times a day after soaking through outfits. I was leaking so badly!!!! However, I bought these and they are so easy to use. They have made a world of difference in my life. Things are so much better now both for me and for baby. I have only leaked through them once.

I also wished I had known about these in high school. Perfect for prom dresses or for outfit you need to go braless with.

The idea of this sucked me in and so I got them. Bad idea. What happens when you let moisture stay against the skin? Yeast. More specifically, thrush. Get something that breathes and absorbs.
