this takes a lot of the stress out of bath time. though its not always easy to keep my son from taking this (or any kind of "hat") off his head, he doesn't mind it all that much, and it works well enough that i can rinse very quickly and get the job done. i'd highly recommend it to other moms and dads with kids who don't like the water falling into their eyes and on the rest of their face.

I had doubts, but it worked for us! Our 14-month-old would throw her body about and scream when we tried to wash her hair in the bath. We let her play with the visor during the day, and at bath time, we held it to her head, and water didn't get in her face. There's a rubbery part that makes a good seal against her forehead. (After taking the visor off, we had to wipe with a washcloth so that too much water from her forehead didn't drip down.) The only hard part is getting her to let us put the visor on...but even holding the visor on for 30 seconds let us rinse her hair easily.
