I'm 28 weeks pregnant and have been using this pillow for a few weeks. I was experiencing hip pain and kept waking up during the night out of discomfort. Since receiving this pillow I have slept much better and the hip pain has gone away!

The pillow is really big, taking up half of our queen size bed but my husband isn't too bothered by it since it has helped me sleep so much better.

I have been a long term fibromyalgia, back and neck pain sufferer. I have owned dozens of pillows usually sleeping with 4 or 5. I was in search of another body pillow and came across the Back N Belly Pillow. I cannot tell you how well I slept and woke with NO back pan the first morning. This product definitely needs to be marketed for those of us who suffer from chronic pain! I am very, very pleased!

This pillow has helped so much! I was waking up all the time from rolling over onto my stomach (I am NOT a side sleeper by nature!) This pillow keeps me snug and prevents me from rolling over, so I'm waking up in the middle of the night much less often. It also provides nice soft support for my tummy, and I've noticed that my back is feeling so much better since getting this pillow. It is quite large, but for us it's more of an eyesore than anything else; my husband has no complaints about it taking up too much of the bed.

I am 8 months pregnant. For a month now I have been unable to sleep because of horrible discomfort. From achy hips and back to my shoulders and neck. I them came across the Back n' Belly pillow... immediately was able to sleep peacefully through the night (except for having to pee of course!) I look forward to going to bed now where as before I was in tears... thank you Back n'Belly!!!

The only con is that it takes up half our bed..I'm fine with it, my husband feels replaced. He knows its worth my comfort :)

This pillow was the most important thing to a good night's sleep in pregnancy! It is very large but that's why it is so effective and comfortable. You can alternate sides easily and it supports you on the front and back. This was the best buy I've made throughout my entire pregnancy and I can't reccommend it highly enough. I tried two other pillows prior and no comparison. You will not regret it... happy sleeping!

This pillow is so comfortable to not only sleep on but to recline in bed to watch tv. My husband and 2 year old fight me to use this pillow for themselves. I have a queen bed and my husband has plenty of room to sleep. The cover is really comfortable unlike previous reviews, the thickness of the pillow is perfect to sleep between your legs and the front and back support is wonderful!

I tried a couple of maternity pillows and this was by far the best. I no longer need to rearrange pillows every time I flip sides. It provides great head/neck support and my sciatic nerve pain is gone.

This pillow is very large - it takes up about half of the king size bed. But, it's totally worth it!

I bought a different pillow first and it was a waste. Then I bought this one and couldn't be more happy. You can turn from side to side without having to readjust pillows.

I only had the Back n Belly pillow for one month when the pillow wasn't full any more, thus not providing the support that it did when I first bought it. I contacted Leachco and they told me they couldn't replace it, you had to bring it back to the place you bought it. [...] Leachco has terrible customer service, the worst I have ever experience.Save your money and buy from a different company, their products are over-price and aren't made well!

I've had more trouble sleeping with my 2nd pregnancy and my chiropractor recommended this pillow, over the one-sided version I was considering. I love how it 'forces' you to remain on your side-a much safer way to sleep when you're pregnant. And apparently I would roll a bit and find myself on my stomach/back and it was keeping me awake...not rested enough for this baby, not to mention my toddler. Can't quite imagine reusing it as a nursing support pillow because it's quite big, but for sleep it's been awesome :)

I love this pillow. The only problem is my husband complains about not having enough room on the bed when I use it!!! But it definitely gives me the support that I need, I wake up less often when I use it!!! Its great!!!

The beginning of my 3rd trimester brought a lot of discomfort with sleeping. My husband ordered the back and belly pillow for me and I have slept great ever since. It's fluffy and comfortable and really helps with back support. It is rather large, so you will take up a lot of room in a queen size bed. My husband can't wait until he can use it once the baby is here. I don't think you have to be pregnant to be able to appreciate this pillow.

Feels like you are in a cacoon. A little on the big side! My husband does not like it because it is soo big but I love it, Fabric is a little rough, but can always make a cover out of it out of a new fabric. Plus I am very sensative to fabrics.

Got this pillow when I was 26 weeks, have had it for about 3 wks now and I keep wishing I'd got it earlier. I can finally sleep comfortably again and have almost no back aches. It's perfect as I don't have to carry pillows with me and shuffle around each time I turn. Though, I am apprehensive that the areas where my head and legs rest will wear out fast. I would highly recommend spending the money - for the comfort. Warning - it is huge! We have a King size bed, without which it would be tough.
