This pillow is big and bulky but that's part of the reason it offers such great support!! So far this pillow hugs in all the right places allowing me to sleep comfortably without back pain...even on my side (that was impossible before). I'm 20 weeks pregnant now and I'm sure I'll love this pillow even more as my pregnancy progresses! I can't say enough good things about it. I have a queen size bed and it does take up my half of the bed and my husband notices it there. Ultimately it's not in his way though and even if it were I don't think he'd care because he knows what a difference it has made for me!

I bought this and don't regret it. It is much easier to use than the three other regular sized pillows I had been using previously. It is large, but very comfortable to sleep with. I was/am a side sleeper and this pillow makes it very easy to fall asleep, since I am not busy making sure I have a pillow under my head, in between my legs, and in between my arms. Cons: the ivory cover looks dingy and cheap, but it looks like it's washable. It is also pretty big, which is a con for my hubbie who likes to snuggle. Pros: Comfy, easy to use and a good value

I think this pillow is good in theory. A pregnant friend used something similar and loved it. I'm in my second trimester and tried it last night, and I found that I had MORE leg cramps, and my arm fell asleep more than they did without the pillow. Maybe it takes some getting used to, or maybe it's better in the third trimester, but [...] I highly recommend borrowing something similar to see how you like it prior to spending the money on something like this.
