Bought this for my wife, perfect pillow for her whether she's pregnant or not. Its a perfect height and doesn't seem to squish down and flatten out like some pillows.

The only reason that I give this 4 instead of 5 is that the material of the cover isn't the softest, but I just drape a sheet or pillow case over the top for my head. Since I've had it, I've slept a million times better! It's a must!
