Comments about KiddyGuard Avant Gate - White:

Love the look of the product and functionality. Able to place it on inside of wall instead of the door jamb so great to conserve space. Had to put it up a couple times. Make sure to put it as low as you can to avoid a gap at the bottom.

I had read a review online that someone thought it was great for small dogs. I got it and it definitely is not designed for little dogs. I have two ten lb. shih tzus and am dog sitting a maybe 6lb terrier. I got home and the little terrier and one shih tzu were out roaming the house. They had scratched/tore a small amount of the mesh at the bottom to get out. I had to take one to the vet because he had some trauma from squeezing out underneath. Likely awesome for kids but if you are looking for small dogs I recommend that you keep looking.
