This manual pump starts out PERFECT. After a LITTLE while (my baby is 4 months old and I only use this maybe 2x/week), issues arise with durability. The little rubber valve piece that you need for the suction stretches out and falls off all the time - I've lost them even while trying to be so careful, and cannot find parts available anywhere so may need to buy another pump. The flexible sleeve part inside that you put on your breast warps or something (from sterilizer?) and it pops off and doesn't stay on anymore unless in use. The main issue is the NOISE: this is only quiet the first time you use it. After sterilizing it once, water gets caught in the top that you cannot remove and it squeaks REALLY loudly. It wakes up my husband during the night (I keep it on my nightstand) and is really embarrassing if you have to use it in a public restroom (I bought it for when I cannot plug in my electric pump but need to pump, so I'm often in a stall making really loud, awkward squeaks). Still, I'll probably buy it again when this one dies and just try to be VERY careful with parts and moisture inside it.

Now I've never use this brand pump but I bought it for my sister after accidently melting hers in the pot after trying to "Sanitize" it. She said it works better than three different brand(simply go,medela,Ameda) pumps she had used before. I had heard great reviews about it so I thought I would buy this one instead of the one she previously had and I do not regret my purchase or my sister regrets me melting her old one.

Bought this to replace an Isis that I used five years ago and which is no longer made. It's a great substitute -- simple to assemble and clean and generally silent (no squeaks) when pumping. The soft shield helps pumping remain effective through a session, too. The bottles fit "standard" nipples, which is useful, but don't come with lids to transport a bottle with the nipple attached, which is frustrating, as milk leaks from the uncovered nipple holes (obviously). Instead, there is a flat silicon cap that inserts into the sealing ring.

I had medela manual pump before because I heard it was the best, but it broke down after using it for 6 months. My friend recommended Lansinoh
manual breast pump instead and I love it. It works great and so far so good. Doesn't leak and very easy to use.

Great manual pump. I actually use this more than my electric pumps because it has better suction especially when it comes to getting out clogged ducts. I've used this for travel so that I do not need to worry about plug converters. I actually bought 2 pumps, one Medela Harmony and this one. The Medela pump broke on me on the second day of the trip which was a waste of money. Luckily, I had this as a backup which worked fine for the rest of the trip. So far, I've used this for 5 months and have not had any problems. It is a little harder to pump than the Medela Harmony but it is more durable since it lasted. If it squeaks, just add vaseline to the back of the lever that gets rid of the noise. Sometimes the comfort cushion gets in the way so I use it without that. Comes with extra bottle, caps and replacement parts. This pump would be perfect if it came with a nipple and bottle cap like the medela one and if it pumped as easily as the medela pump.

Love love love this pump. I bought it because it was cheap and I didn't know how much I would be pumping being a FTM but this thing rocks! I've used it to help relieve engorgement, I've used it to "pump and dump" when Daddy and I need a date night, I've used it to store up a small freezer supply so I can sleep in every once in a while while hubby does the morning feeding, and now that my son is 7mos I use it to pump enough to add to his rice cereal. This pump is durable, cheap, (mostly) quiet, super easy to clean and easy to use. I would recommend it to every breast feeding mom out there.

I have a much more expensive electri pump and I somehow seem to get as much use out of my maual pump. Great for busy pumping moms like me:)

Is it wrong to love a pump? I had the Avent Isis manual for pumping several times/wk with DS #1 and thought it was a decent pump. Had to buy a new manual to take on vacation and tried this. LOVE IT! Comfortable, fast, quiet (no squeaking sound like my old Isis), easy to clean and assemble. It also fits on Avent and Medela bottles.

My one problem with it is that flange is a bit small to accommodate my large nipples, so I have to fiddle with them a bit to get it working. This may be remedied by removing the "comfort seal cushion," though I haven't tried. The cushion makes it so comfortable...

I bought this pump after reading great reviews about it. It worked great at first but after 2 months of very occasional usage the suction just stopped. I couldn't even get 1 oz after struggling with it on several different tries.

I have an electric pump and needed a manual pump to travel and did not think it would do the same. It was super easy to use and pumped more milk than the electric. Love the product and would recommend it.

I love this pump. I exclusively pumped for 11 months and am still going with this. I actually have 2 so I can do both at the same time. I got out just as much, if not more, with this pump than with an electric. Larger bottles fit onto the flanges too, I used a 9oz bottle since I produced a lot of milk. It's great that it comes with extra parts, not that I ever needed them.
I have used this pump in the car, in restrooms, on airplanes...simple, easy, and quiet.

This is SUCH a great pump. Quiet, quick, simple. I got 10.5 oz (6 from 1 side, 4.5 from the other!) in 15 minutes!!! It is very portable; I even use it while sitting at my desk at work! (Covered up, of course) I would recommend this to EVERY breastfeeding mother.

I looooovveeeee.... this pump!!! I have a medela freestyle pump as well and i can get the same amount out with the lansinoh in half the time, no kidding!! It's so much more comfortable too! I think I'm going to buy another one so I can do both sides at the sme time :-)

This is My first pump ever... I didn't have a lot to spend on bumps and I wanted to make sure that the one I get is the one that will work for me, and so I did some research ended up reading reviews and picked this one! I am very happy with my choice, this pump helps me get all the extra milk out and I have a lot of it!!! and it doesn't take long and its easy to use... you cant go wrong with this pump.
