it really helped pull my nipple out to where when baby latched it didnt hurt anywhere as bad as when he had to do it. its small enough to take any wehre even in public it goes right on one handed no eyeballing it so if you did use a nursing cover you put one hand under two seconds later baby is ready to latch its quick works well i love it!!
