compared to the others on the market (I've tried everything) These are the most absorbent without looking like fried eggs are stuck in your bra. I just wish they didn't package each one individually - time consuming to open AND bad for our kids future.

These stay in place and are more comfortable than the Medela brand of breast pads. I have a lot of milk....these prevent my shirts from becoming wet.

I have used a total of three different types of nursing pads, and these are my favorite by far! I like them better than the Medela disposables - I feel like they stay in place better since they have 2 sticky points, not just one. I also have tried the Philips Avent washable nursing pads, and felt they were too small and I always leaked out of them. I never leak with the Lansinoh disposables, I can be at work all day and continue to wear the same ones throughout the evening, and they have still never leaked on me. If I have to go anywhere for any length of time, I completely trust these pads. Also, I use them overnight for sleeping and have never leaked. I would say that I am a moderate-heavy leaker, going on 3 months of breastfeeding. Try these, you won't regret it!

They have adhesive tabs on the back but I have not used them since the stay in place without out them.

I used this product during pregnancy and now while breastfeeding. I have been using them for over 6 months now and love them. I tried other brands at the store when they were sold at WM; nothing compared. Others were like rough papertowels stamped together. These are soft enough for tender nipples, absorbent for all night protection, and stay in place. I never leaked out during the day, I rarely leaked at night (only if I missed a pumping - my fault, not the pads). Diapers.com has put them on sale/discount before and now I am stocked up! I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I have used these nursing pads since my daughter was born and I haven't tried another brand because these ones are so great of not worrying about ever leaking.

My daughter was so pleased that I slipped a case of these in her last diaper order. She said they were her top choice (and she's tried them all).

The first time I bought Lanisoh pads they felt downright soft and luxurious. I don't know which version I bought, but it wasn't these. Sometimes these are irritating to the skin-- the edges and even the paper surface. The gel inside is great and they trap milk well. They're just not as soft as I'd like.

These pads are the ONLY pads to get if you're a heavy leaker. Don't even bother with the other brands - they just don't hold up. They're comfortable and breathable. The only con is that they look a little unshapely when used with an unlined bra. But if used with a lined or padded bra, you don't notice them at all.
