Absolutely love these nursing pads. I've tried pretty much every brand on the market, and none have been anywhere near this good. These pads have two sticky tabs, so they have a much better chance of staying in place. They're also quite absorbent, so you don't end up feeling wet if you spring a leak. I order them in bulk!

These nursing pads are great! super absorbant and thin, so it doesn't show through your clothes. The two sticky tabs keep them in place. I love them better than any other brand I've tried.

They are very comfortable and stay in place.
the most annoying thing about them is they are individually wrapped so it take longer to get ready, but that is nice if you need to pack them to go.

This is the best deal I've found on Lansinoh breastpads. They are my favorite brand because they don't bunch up, they hold a "lot" for those days where baby doesn't seem to eat as much, or they look fine for those days where baby has depleted my "supply".

no leaks with these nursing pads! because they have two adhesive strips, they actually stay in place and don't shift. wouldn't any other nursing pads.

I have super sensitive skin and these gave me a rash, rashes are a bummer. The J&J brand seem not to.

I have tried all of the other brands.. They move and they are bulky or others are too thin and do not absorb a thing. I hate the Gerber kind that are thin, as they also move and do not stay in place... also not being absorbent enough. With the Lansinoh pads I know that they will stay in place, they are discreat.. their desing do not itch like others and they are super absorbent. Cuddos to you Lansinoh!!! Will buy you over and over again!

During the first free weeks of giving birth, I leaked constantly. The pads were great at keeping my breat dry even when the pads were soaked with milk. They are also flat an do not bulge beneath the bra. Great product. I would certainly recommend for use. Please excuse the typos. My phone will not let me edit without deleting the entire paragraph.

I've tried just about every brand of nursing pads out there (including reusable pads) and I have always come back to these... They are comfortable & are great for wicking away moisture. The 4pk is also a great value for moms who plan to breast feed for a while!

After trying many other brands, I came across these nursing pads and I've never looked back. These are comfortable and don't show under even my thin nursing tanks. They have 2 stickies on them so they stay in place through many nursings. The best part, though, is how incredibly absorbent they are. I have a strong letdown on both sides simultaneously and I have never leaked out of these pads. I only need one pair to make it through the whole night!

What a deal for these great nursing pads. I was spending [$] a box in a big baby store. These work the best and stay in place. like other commenters I have tried the cheaper brands just to wind up soaked in the middle of the night.
