Mortimer has survived through two babies. He was a favorite with both. We have some other similar toys, but there is something about the big purple antlers and feet that babies just love!

When I got this moose in the mail I thought "Wow what an ugly little thing" but my baby boy loved it instantly he immediatly tried to grab it and put it in his mouth, he always smiles when he sees mortimer :)

My daughter LOVES Mortimer! He's her all time favorite toy. She was able to grab his feet and legs easily and loves sucking on his scarf. The only negative is it's not machine washable. She plays with him so much that he's begun to smell, even though we wipe him often. I wish we can throw him in the wash!

Our 5 month old granddaughter just LOVES this toy and so did our grandson. It was their favorites for quite some time. It's also washable!!!!!!!!!!!

Mort (that's his nickname in our house) was the first toy I had bought before we brought our baby home. She wasn't interested in him at first, but now at 4.5 months, she loves him. She seems to like his ears the best. I would give this as a shower or welcome baby gift.

My baby loves this toy. Each foot has a different function (e.g. rattle, crinkle, etc...) and the ears are great for teething. It is soft to the touch and easy to clean. I like to hang it from the handle of her car seat while I am driving to keep her entertained.

Mortie has kept my son busy while on the go since 3 months old. He hangs from car seat bar, and we attach him to our baby jogger. My son is 7 months ols, and Mortie is still keeping him busy.

Mortimer the Moose (aka Moose E Moose in our home) is our favorite toy. We have a whole tub full of baby toys and this is the one used everytime. It's great to take everywhere and our 4 1/2 month old loves it. He'll hold it and give it's nose "kisses", then chew on the ears and grab the rings on the tail. We have 3 children, and this is the #1 toy/rattle/teether/snuggly we have ever had. Even the older children love it. The older kids picked it out at the store and said that the baby just had to have it....they were right!

I bought this for my son on a lark. He takes it everywhere. It lets him be able chew on the antlers while still grasping the soft body. He loves that it makes all kinds of noise, and he is fascinated by the many sounds. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an interesting and comforting toy for their children. As a side note, we have taken this to day care and the other children love Mortey too!

This is the best toy. We have bought so many toys (including most of these Lamaze toys...they are all very good) but our baby loves Mortimer the most. They recommend not washing Mortimer but we do and he is fine after every wash.

This has been my son's favorite toy for months. He is now 5 months old and he still gets excited to play with it. I hang it on his car seat whenever we go somewhere and my son "talks" to Mortimer (sometimes my husband and I laugh because our son gets so loud talking to him it is as if they are fighting!) It is a great interactive toy with all the different textures and sounds. The antlers are a great teether too!
