        Sizing Your Nursing Bra

        1. Snugly measure high under the arms and above the breasts to determine chest size in inches. Round up to the nearest even size bra (your bra size in inches).
        2. Measure the fullest point of bust.
        3. The difference between these two measurements tells your cup size:

        0 - 1 1/2"

        A Cup

        1 1/2" - 2 1/2"

        B Cup

        2 1/2" - 3 1/2"

        C Cup

        3 1/2" - 4 1/2"

        D Cup

        5" - 6"

        DD/E Cup

        6" - 7"

        DDD/F Cup

        7" - 8"

        G Cup

        8" - 9"

        H Cup

*Alternative method to determine chest (band) size

While wearing a bra, measure around the body directly under the bust. Add 5" to that measurement. If it's an even number, that is your size. If an odd number, round up to the next even size. You can use this to compare to the measurement (1) above.

If your nursing bra is getting too tight for you either in width or in the cup, get one size larger in the cup and one size larger in the width. This will give you room to grow both ways. For example, if you wear a 34B, get a 36C.

Your LLLI Nursing Bra should fit on the first (tightest fitting) hooks rather than the end (loosest fitting) hooks. As you expand in girth you can hook the bra further towards the end, thus the bra can "grow" with you.

A jump of cup sizes and even one band size from pre-pregnancy to postpartum is typical. However, every woman’s body is unique. Throughout your nursing experience, you will rely on your nursing bras both day and night to provide support. Always have several clean bras on hand. It is best to hand wash your LLLI Intimate Apparel and allow them to hang dry. Although you might want the ease of machine washing and drying, this is the fastest way to ruin a bras' construction.

I do not recommend. The snaps come suddenly undone and I normally wear a M/L. I ordered the L/XL and it barely fits!

At first the snaps were a little bit confusing, but once I figured them out they are simple to get on. I wasn't sure how I would feel about a bra without an underwire but this one is very supportive and I find it very comfortable. The only thing I would change is that I wish the straps were just a little bit longer.

Comments about Wrap 'N Snap Bra - Black Jacquard:

I've tried a few different nursing bras and so far this one is my favorite. I was fairly flat prior to my pregnancy and was clueless as to what size to get for nursing bras. This bra was very useful during engorgement and afterwards since the snaps offered the possibility of adjusting for several different sizes. The hooks for nursing are fairly easy to use but sometimes don't hook in all the way. Though so far they are the easiest to do one handed! The bra is also very comfortable which is a big plus!

Comments about Wrap 'N Snap Bra - Black Jacquard:

This nursing bra is good, the snaps are a bit weird to line up, and the cups run big, I am a 32B (when not nursing) and I got a S and had to have it snapped in the tightest position and there is still a bit of extra fabric in the cups. The fabric is very nice and the closure is easily done with one hand. Over all a good bra.

The snaps are a bit of a pain. I bought it because I thought this was a nice feature on the bra. But there are so many its hard to match them up and it is a bit uncomfortable when I don't have them snapped right.
