      Not a Great Buy

Comments about Ultra All-in-One Infant Diaper - 5 pk:

I bought these for my 3 month old because I wanted something supper absorbent. The diapers are super thick but have many design flaws.

Even though its a thick diaper, there is no catch rim around the legs so my baby constantly had leaks around the crotch area. Also, because they were so thick I had to wash them multiple times after each use in order to get the odor out. The velcro straps were very rough and very difficult to get a snug fit without having major gaps in the leg openings.

All in all, not worth the money. At about $10 bucks each, there are many other brands I would go for instead and get better results.

Comments about Ultra All-in-One Toddler Diaper 5 pk:

I bought this product for my very tall toddler girl for overnights/day to replace her pull-ups. This is also one of the first cloth diapers that I have used. I used disposables with her as an infant and pullups/underwear for potty training-so I am very new to cloth diapering. I have to say that I have been very pleased! She wears Kushies overnight with a microfiber insert to prevent leaks. She never leaked with disposables so I was nervous about trying them. She has been hard to fit due to her 95% height and weight and this has begun to assist her recognize being 'wet' better than the disposables for us. These fit and have yet to leak! The price is good and they have washed/dried very well in my HE washer. Overall it would be great to have some elastic on the back but really for the price they cannot be beat. They give her a diaper bottom look because they are bigger than disposables but she is very comfortable in them and calls them her overnight pullups. I also use toddler prefolds on her to save money and to help her with her potty training that we have been struggling with, but these are so much easier. I am planning on cloth diapering my next child due in a few weeks and may pick up some of these in the infant size to expand my diaper stash. I highly recommend, and rarely bother to write reviews. I can now say I love cloth diapers! Potty training with this product gave me the confidence to CD full time with our second!

Comments about Ultra All-in-One Toddler Diaper 5 pk:

We've used Kushies, Bum Genius and Happy Heinys. I prefer Kushies as they are all-in-one and so simple and easy to use. My baby has used them since about 3 months old (she's just moved onto the toddler size). At night I just put two liners inside and they don't leak (except if they are not on tight enough).

We typically handwash the diapers and put them on the line to dry (downside - they do take time to dry, so if the weather isn't super hot, you may need to use a dryer; they also seem to wear easily, but that said, we always handwash so it may be because of rigourous scrubbing).

If you plan to use Kushies, I'd suggest you buy about 15 - 20 diapers ... that way you only have to wash them once or twice a week (and leave the soiled ones to soak until washng day).

        Highly recommended.

I love these AIOs. They are really easy to use, they wear well, and they don't leak. I have used all types, brands of cloth and green paper diapers. These continue to be my go to guys. These are especially great for those of you who are wary of cloth. I have used the smaller size on my baby since she was about 2 months old (prefolds and covers were best for newborn sizing) and now toddle size -9months-. You can wash these in hot water, no problem. They are also super affordable!!!

I love these, I did have some difficulty finding which size my son required at first but its been smooth sailing. I love em' cause thier soft and and best of all reusable! The disposables are awesome cause they catch a good amount of poo and fit the length and width of the diaper perfect too. When I lay my son down for a nap or bed I usually line his with a cloth diaper to ensure no leaks. As a mom of two that used disposables with my daughter. I would recommend these to anyone, they are so worth the money.

Comments about Ultra All-in-One Toddler Diaper 5 pk:

I have been very happy with the performance of these diapers. Using cloth diapers I expected more work (rinsing, washing, changing due to leaks and less absorption) however, I have not experienced a tremendous amount of work. They are bulkier than disposable diapers, I've changed the way I buy my daughter's pants and jeans however they slim down after being washed a few times but they are still as absorbant. I soak in a bucket of vinegar water until I wash them (twice)and have had no bad smells or stains. Throwing a dry towel in the dryer with them helps them dry faster. We do still use a disposable at night because my daughter stays in bed for a long time after she goes to bed and changing her diaper wakes her up. I have also used two liners with each diaper and do not find that I have to change more often than disposable. The key is to make sure the waist is snug (may have to overlap the velcro tabs) Also my daughter is 20 lbs and I went ahead and bought the 22-45 lb diapers which have worked great! I have experienced less leaks with these than I have the disposables that we have used (huggies and parent's choice).

Very uncomfortable in hot weather, my daughter kept walking up so I use disposable diaper ( Parent choice diapers are very good and cheaper than other brands at least $7 per pack, sell at [...]) on her when she sleep. Since i had these diapers my laundry load is triple. They are not absorbed well. Every time my daughter pee more than once, around her waist got wet, her pant got wet. If she laid on her side and pee, she either wet her bed or my bed. My daughter is 16 months but she tried to pull this diaper off her. she definitely does not feel comfortable in it. I don't know why Kushiers claimed that they got many awards for this diaper. These diapers saved me some money but a lot more work in term of cleaning..

The money on diapers was so high, I started cloth w/our new baby and just started using these on my 4-yr-old a week ago. at first he didn't like them but they last so much longer & are so absorbent, I think he's only leaked once & that was more b/c I didn't get it on tight enough

Comments about Ultra All-in-One Toddler Diaper 5 pk:

I tried these due to a recommendation. I only use them part time as I don't have a diaper sprayer and my toddler's poops are predictable. They're easy and my husband has changed his tune and likes them. I've used them on my 22 lb. one-year-old, my 2 year-old, and occasionally my 3 year-old (when she's sick she has accidents at night). I do need to change my youngest more often than I used to with disposables, but I'm sure that would change if I put in extra liners. My 2 year-old boy leaks at night, but since he does that in disposables I'm sure extra liners would help with that.
I think they are great. They help me stay on top of my laundry, throwing in like colors and running a load at least every other day.
I don't know about dryer drying time. I dry them outside and when I started using them the temps were 90 degrees here, and now that it's nearing 110, the diapers are dry in about as long as it takes to wash them.

This was my first experience with cloth diapers and I love it! The diapers go on so easy and have held everything my son gives it! The diapers do seem to run large (my son is large for his age), and they do look bulky--couldn't put my son in slim pants with these on. They clean up very nice and only take about two cycles in the dryer (haven't been able to hang outside to dry yet). I have noticed I have to be more on top of changing diapers though--the dampness is more prone to cause diaper rash on my son--but my son now definitely knows when he's peed, a plus for helping with potty training.

I tried LOTS of different cloth diapers from g-diapers to fuzz bunz. These were the absolutely best. The husband HATED cloth diapers and begged me to switch back to disposables, then we tried these. These are the absolute easiest diapers to use. If you can diaper using disposables then you can use these. My husband now tries to recruit his other daddy friends to switch to kushies. We don't soak our diapers or anything else and have had no problems getting them clean. Only problem is that it takes 2 times in the drier to get dry or a full day out on the clothes line. But that is a small price to pay for a great diaper that we have never had a leak with.

We then tried Bumgenius, Happy heiny's and fuzzi bunz, did not like them at all, awful feeling material, too time consuming putting inserts into outer covering with twins.

Returned to Kushies, cotton, easy to use, husband friendly. No rashes. Biodegradable liner brill. Feel as if doing my bit for the earth, boys happy.

These are not soft at all but rather very rough plastic on the outside and on the legs. There is not any elastic at the back. They are bulky. Not absorbant. Leaky. I ended up getting F.u.z.z.i B.u.n.z size large for my lil guy and what a world of difference! Breastpumps and cloth diapers are two baby items you really have to just spend extra money on for better quality products. These may turn people OFF cloth diapers. NOT RECOMMENEDED!

If I hadn't had a close friend who also cloth diapers, I would have quit after trying these. I recomend paying a bit more. You won't regret the difference in quality.
