I was really excited when I ordered this bottle, but soon realized that its performance is below expectations. The bottle leaks and the tiny little plastic air vent makes embarrassing noise when you drink from it. The noise distracts my daughter, and she stops drinking water to check out where it is coming from . I can't imagine carrying milk in this bottle, because it will be all over the house. The first time I used the bottle, we were outdoors (planning to ski). The bottle leaked and wet my daughter's coat. I had to rush back home to get her into dry clothes.

Also, even though the bottle itself is made from stainless steel, the cap and the spout is made from plastic. This kind of makes me feel like I am just half-way along the green-thing. All in all, this bottle is pricey, and its performance does not justify the price.

I have both a sport water bottle for myself & the sippy version for my son. We both love ours. It is easy to clean--we don't have a dishwasher.The thing I love about it the best is my water never has that plastic taste to it. Stainless is the way to go.
