This product is so much better than the Mobi glowmate Jr. I had owned one of those for a few years which my oldest son loved and then outgrew. My almost 2 year old is scared of the dark so we gave him the old glowmate which didnt last long before needing to be replaced which is understandable. To make a long story short I bought two Mobi Glowmate Jr rechargeables and after charging for over 24hrs like the company says (after you call them ) neither worked. I took them each back and bought the kinderglo product. I couldn't be happier with this product! It is worth spending the extra $10 and having a quality product! Plus it is much brighter which for me is a plus because as I said earlier my son is scared of the dark. It isn't so bright that you can't sleep but adequantely lights up a room. I would buy again in a heartbeat!
