Out of all our baby blankets, this is the one my son (2 yrs old) has adopted as his "blankie". It's soft and snuggly, and he likes to hold the chunky binding and rub his eyes as he's falling asleep. He uses it every night and for naps and sometimes drags it around the house.

We've had it less than a year and I wash it about every 2 weeks. The back pills up a lot when washed with other blankets so I have to wash it with sheets. Also, the binding stitches are coming undone in 2 spots. Such is the life of a fuzzy blanket I guess. Aside from these 2 things, it's managed to stay fairly soft and fluffy. At any rate, my son does love it, so I'm here to buy a second in preparation for the day the original must be retired. :-)
