I wish I had read the reviews. I have a box of these useless placemats that don't stick well. The tape peels off far too easily-- when my 11 month old daughter sort of 'bumps' it, it completely comes apart from the tape. A waste of money.

Comments about Disposable Placemats - 20 pk:

These disposable placemats were such a waste of money. I got them to use when travelling and at restaurants and they don't even stick. My 11 month old could easily pull away a corner and once a piece was peeled off, there was no way of sticking it back on - the adhesive lost its effectiveness immediately.
The only way I am able to get my money's worth is by using them as splat mats underneath her highchair at home and even then it doesn't work that great.

These are a complete waste of money. I bought them for when we eat out. We used one at Chili's and my 14 month old son was able to peel it off the table within seconds. We thought it may have just been the tile-top table. We gave it a second try at Five Guys. The exact same thing happened. The peel-off adhesive is not sticky at all. Sad I wasted money on these . . .

All these are, are thin little sheets of plastic if you want them for going to resturants you might as well get the free paper kids placemat from the resturant. My son just crumbled it up and threw it on the floor.

I have had good luck with Neat solutions placemats but I tried these because I resent having cartoon characters on everything my children own and I avoid such things whenever possible. However, I will be going back to Neat solutions after buying these. They did fine when they worked, but a big part of the product is the tape strip on two sides of the mat. Several times I have peeled off the tape backing to see the whole tape strip coming off too! At this point the product is a useless plastic sheet that attracts too much attention from the baby who is supposed to be eating.
