Comments about Convertible Crib Rail - Natural Wood:

We bought this for my 22 month old son who is quickly outgrowing his crib and transitioning to the toddler daybed. The crib itself becomes a toddler daybed, then a full sized bed with headboard and footboard. Our problem was that my son wanted something on the side to keep him from falling out of bed while he sleeps. This product seemed to fit the bill. However, when we installed this item, we found that it pulled the crib mattress away from the back of the daybed, creating a dangerous gap that my child could have lodged himself into during his sleep. We tried everything from tightening the straps to lowering the mattress. Nothing worked. We returned this right away and are looking into other options.
