I really like this bag. I've had a few other diaper bags and always felt like I was digging around for things or they were difficult to manage when chasing my 1 1/2 year old around. This one is perfect. You can use it as a backpack or you can wear it like a messenger bag. I can chase my little guy around the playground and I don't need to put my diaper bag down. It has plenty of pockets so I feel much more organized. I'm not digging around the bag to find a diaper that has been all smashed up from floating around with a million other things.

I have used this bag since my son was born 3 months ago. It was on my diapers.com registry.

Cons:
The bag does not stand up when full and is always tipping over.

When used as a messenger bag, the strap is so long that the bag hangs below my hips. Even when tightened all the way.

It works just ok as a backpack. Because there is only one strap (used for both the messenger and backpack) that filters through some brackets to convert into a backpack, the top of the bag bunches together. It would have worked better if there were two straps that clipped on.

The most frustrating thing about this design is that it lacks a handle on top. When getting the bag in and out of the car, or out of my snap and go stroller, I either leave the top unzipped to grab it, or have to reach for the very long strap.

Overall, it works for now, but I have ordered another bag in the same print with a better overall design.

The intent was to use this as an in between bag: for a long day, but not quite an overnight bag nor day care bag.

The quality IS very nice, as is the workmanship of the bag. But as soon as you start to fill it, it becomes difficult to organize since the bag is LONG/DEEP like a backpack, and not shallow like a messenger bag (of course). This is not a good feature, because I ended up stacking horizontally, and when I needed to get to things, had to remove most stuff to get to the bottom.

Also, the strap is set up to be used as a backpack strap, a long strap, or a short strap. Again, this didn't work for me because at a back pack, it was uncomfortable, and as a regular bag with a long strap-- well, the placement of the strap just ended up tilting my bag.

I do own a larger JuJuBe bag, a messenger-style. It's a bit large for a regular day, but works well as my daycare bag, and would probably work well for twins or multiple children. It IS BIG, but this one does work for me and I love it. With the messenger bag, I get no "bottom of the bag" problems with this other diaper bag.
