Item arrived with a small tear on the interior of the top rail (right out of the box). I was not too concerned at the time because I was satisfied with the square footage of the playard. after 6 days of part-time use (home care) I noticed an additional tear on the web of the playard.

Also, the playard is NOT at all easy to setup and breakdown. Even if you follow the instructions illustrated in the manual, it is still quite difficult to open and close.

Overall, I am quite disappointed with this item.

The Joovy Room2 is AMAZING! My daughter (8mo) loves it. It covers more floor space, if you have a spot to put it. The frame, materials are great quality. The mattress is also easy to Velcro down and it comes with it's own fitted cover (white). She's taking a couple steps already so I was eager to have her feel safe in a space that would allow her to crawl and walk as she pleases without being confined to a smaller space where she may constantly land face first into the mesh sides. I wouldn't take it for travel, a bit heavy for me to carry (maybe Joovy Light better?). I will take it if necessary, with some help, since it packs well for travel. We have a lighter pack-n-play for travel we don't mind toting to keep this one at home...but it's very easy to take if my husband is traveling with me to help.

It's solid, safe, spacious and easy to fold/store in it's own carring case. I love that the bottom is sturdy and allows my daughter to walk without her feet wobbling or turning. It's still soft enough to not hurt her when she takes falls, which happens. I feel better having her in this space where she is safe and can enjoy a number of toys with still floor space for crawling/walking. The sides are a bit taller than other Playpens also, so definitely no climbing out. I avoid leaving hard toys in the playpen untl she has more control of her walking.

I do wish the protective cover that goes around the mattress was easier to clean to avoid having to remove it (which is also velco locked down for safety). It would be easier since at times my daughter likes to have her bottle in there or small snacks...which can stain the covers. Once she is a bit older it wont be as much of an issue.

We purchased it and assembled it ASAP, my son has a fear of his crib and actually sleeps in this play yard with SO much room. The sheet is kind of a pain to remove, but we'd buy the product again in a heartbeat.

This is one of the most convenient playard we found, this product is amazing pretty easy to assembly and has wheels for easy transportation, it is little bit heavy however i like to know that my baby is safe in a solid and high quality product, we are very happy with it, i fully recommend this product

Love this playard for the house but its too big to take anywhere! His cousins love to join him in there and there is plenty of room!

We love this play yard. Purchased for use in our basement to keep LO contained while mommy hit the treadmill, and it's perfect. Lots of space for baby to spread out and plenty of room for several toys. And I can easily see this getting lots of use in the future as she grows, begins crawling, etc.

So easy to put together, easy to transport with the included carrying case, and the sheet that comes with it is of tremendous quality and is super soft. Highly recommend.

This playard was spacious- so much bigger than normal pack in plays, but folds up just as small as the others. The extra room is great for my 20 month old boy- who is really tall. Other playards he seemed squished or couldn't rest well, but with the Joovy he was fine! Sooooo easy to set up and take down! I def recommend!!!!

Loved that it came with a fitted mattress cover. We used it as a bed for our 20 month old when we travel. It is perfect! She loves it! I wish I found it when she was younger I would have been using it as a play pen..She is a little to big now (because she wont stay).

This playard is by far the best looking and functioning that I have seen or had. It has a large square area for the kid to play safely but still have room to move and not feel like he is in baby jail, like most of the rectangular playards on the market. It even came with its own fitted cotton jersey sheet to go over the mattress pad. Overall we love this playard!

Absolutely the best playpen out there. Much bigger and sturdier than most. Elegant in any living room and big enough for two kids, if needed.
