These nursing pads are the most comfortable disposable pads I've come across. They are the softest, smallest and cheapest.

I've tried the Medela and the Lansinoh, both of which are too large with too much plastic. I found that the Medela and the Lansinoh don't breathe as well as the Johnson and Johnson.

The Johnson and Johnson are not individually wrapped, which I prefer. (Less plastic in my garbage can at the end of the week) And have the softest material out of the three. The Johnson and Johnson are also the most discreet of the three. Because they are smaller and more compact, there is no extra material to create folds under my bra. I've found that I (and anyone looking at my chest) can tell I'm wearing the Medela and the Lansinoh.

I've been using these for three months, and will continue to use them as long as I need nursing pads.

However, one con is that I found the absorbent material had escaped the pad occasionally and wound up on my breast. It's clear balls of gel and I just make sure to check my breast before feeding my baby.

          Overall, a great product

          My go-to nursing pads

I tried a few different brands of nursing pads, and these are definitely my favorite. I used them with my first baby, nursing for 13 months, and am now using them for baby #2. They are very absorbent, comfortable and stay in place (even without using the adhesive). Sometimes you can see them through nursing tank tops, which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, but I'm not typically wearing my nursing tops without another shirt on top anyway. They are thicker than most other nursing pads, but I appreciate the thickness rather than seeing it as a negative.

These were way to thick for my liking. I was afraid they would show through my shirts at work.
