Comments about Gate Check Bag for Standard & Double:

The bag worked well for our trip but it is pretty light weight. I'm not sure how many more flights it well last through. It also isn't quite wide enough to fit our City Elite Jogger Stroller without taking the wheels off. But overall it is worth the price.

Comments about Stroller Gate Check Bag:

I've had this bag for about 4 years. We use it with a Chicco Liteway and it's been on 5 round-trip flights (Southwest). It has a few small holes and some wear spots, but so does my regular luggage.
This does it's job. It keeps my stroller clean and dry in the cargo area.
I think a nice addition would be a shoulder strap to make carrying easier. The small handle is oddly placed and makes it difficult to carry through the airport.

If I were traveling with a larger/ more expensive stroller I would invest in a better bag as this is very thin nylon (similar to a gym bag).

Comments about Stroller Gate Check Bag:

I purchased this bag for our first flight with a stroller. I took with me the first years ignite stroller. First of all the stroller didn't quite fit. The handles stuck out of the bag. It was really easy to put in the bag however by the time we returned home (4 flights) the bag had some vry big rips in it. There was about 5 all together. I wasn't too upset. I was more relieved to think what could have happened to my stroller without the bag. But the seams are pretty weak considering airlines treat your bags like ****. I should mention the stroller was gate checked everytime. The cinch is weak too. I had to tie the string in a knot for fear it would open up in transit. I gave it 3 stars for those reasons, but it is a must purchase if you want to protect your stroller.

Comments about Gate Check Bag for Standard & Double:

For our first flight with the twins we used the car seat covers and single/double stroller bag.

The stroller bag we used for our stroller seats which fitted well but when we came in to check them in on our return flight, as the lady was placing the bag on the conveyer belt i saw that the whole bottom of the bag was completely ripped.

The car seats we check in at the gate and were a little better, but still had holes in them... and since we were flying through a rainy storm defeated the purpose of the bag.

i so badly wanted these bags to work... i think the material needs to be a little more durable and stronger to withstand the airport travels and handling.

i bought this more as a storage bag rather than a gate check bag.
i love it -- its large and it works great to store the stroller.
also love the color and the handles !!!

Comments about Gate Check Bag for Standard & Double:

Purchased for two RT non-stop cross-country flights. First time travelling with baby and wanted something that would protect his stroller from getting dirty or snagged on the plane. We bought the Jeep Cherokee Sport Stroller for the trips and the bag fit it with room to spare; it probably could have fit our regular stroller; maybe even the jog stroller, but did not want to risk damaging them with the flight. This was easy to use and durable. After our second RT cross-country flight, it doesn't show any wear, other than being dirty from plan. The built-in pouch that this folds back into could have been a little bigger (took some work to fit it back in). Also, they cord is very long since the bag is so big and the cinch part does not stay in place. I found what worked best for us was to cinch it tight (with a little room to tuck the cord into the bag) and then tied a knot behind the cincher and tucked the cord in, everything arrived still closed and in the same place. Our flights were nonstop and we gate checked the stroller so we did not need to worry about it making connections and making it through baggage handling, which was helpful. I was so glad to have this with my flights.

Comments about Stroller Gate Check Bag:

This product did just what I expected it to...protected my Combi Helio umbrella stroller on our flight from California to Hawaii from getty dirty, greasy, etc from the airline. The bag enabled us to check our stroller at the gate right before we boarded the plane so that we could actually use the stroller throughout the airport, then put it in the bright red bag right when we were done with it. The bag says it's for umbrella strollers and it fit mine...maybe other strollers don't fit it because they're too big...and I think J.L. Childress has another gate check bag on Diapers.com...maybe that would work better for them. Like I said above, this bag worked just as I expected & held-up well. I would definitely recommend it for parents traveling with umbrella strollers!

I thought that this would make traveling with my son by myself easier. On one hand the bag is very durable; it protected my stroller and didn't sustain any rips or holes. But, it's hard to carry having only a strap to carry by hand; no over the shoulder strap. It's very hard to get the stroller in the bag if you're trying to do it alone. The bag needed to be a few inches longer (we have a Chicco Liteway Stroller). The draw string that closes the bag doesn't stay tight.

I wanted to like this product, in theory it would have been perfect. Unfortunately it didn't fit our single jogging stroller without disassembling it (not something I have time or inclination to do at the end of the jetway). Oh well, live and learn.
