      Comments about Hot Rod:

Take some time out to put this together. I'm adept at such things, yet this still took me nearly 2hrs. Instructions are adequate.

My son LOVES his car. I mean, he's 5 and he's got a car, what's NOT to love? It's really cool. It looks great. He gets compliments while he drives it around the park.

It really moves well on smooth pavement, not so much on gravel, but place it on sidewalks and asphalt and it can ride well. My son needs a slight push on inclines such as driveway entrances.

The device can get up to speed to the point that i'm jogging along, but he's not gotten to the point where I'm running or sprinting.

It handles surprisingly well. The proportions happen to be perfect for my son as he was going full speed and making quick turns off the sidewalk, going around corners, etc.

It is a little rattlely though. This is due to the pedal system. We haven't noticed any performance degredation to this, but it can get loud.

The only thing I didn't like was the windshield. It is only a frame and the front is a point that slides into the hood and stays in place due to pressure. As I put this together, I was aware of this. However, because the windshield is a frame, the FIRST thing a person does to move the car is pick it up using the windshield as a handle. POP! the front comes right out everytime. This is a nuisance, and not a big one.

The only thing missing, is a license plate. A personalized license plate would put the icing on this cake.
