Comments about Grand Safari Double Stroller - Grey/Yellow:

We have 15 month old twins and currently have a Graco double stroller which we have loved, but now that the twins are older the one in the back isn't always happy about it. We've been looking for several months now trying to find a side by side that we like and that isn't over our budget. I've been looking at this one online a lot and thought for sure this would be what we purchased. I could not find it any stores to try out, so that has been the only reason we have not purchased yet. Well, today we found it and I was really excited to try it. First hand, I loved it! It was very nice and sturdy looking. Until I put one of the babies in the seat. It has no support at all. It's somewhat harder at the head portion, but sinks in at the body. They also had the single stoller model which had the hard support, so I'm confused as why they didn't put it on the double? It just looked to me like it would not be very comfortable at all. I could already tell they would get very irritable sitting in those seats for any length of time, unless of course they were sleeping and laying down. After seeing how the seat was made and putting the baby in it to try, I was instantly turned off. This stroller would not do it for us. Could have been really worth it, but needs a better seat.

Comments about Grand Safari Double Stroller - Grey/Yellow:

I was hesitant to buy this because there weren't many reviews on it and with good reason.

        CONS:

I tried my daycare boy in it (15 months, average weight/height) and his head completely hits the top of the seat when reclined. He has absolutely no room to grow taller in this stroller or his head will be pushing out the netting and he's 15 months! The seats are also quite narrow. He has about an inch on each side of him. For the price, this stroller should at least last until a child is 3 and I doubt it would fit him by the time he's 2. The footplate is on the small size. I can imagine a lot of kicking between older kids (if they can fit in the stroller to begin with). The trays are far in front of the seat.. A child buckled in his seat in the most upright position cannot reach his drink in front of him. The straps on the back are awkward to adjust. The "mp3 player" is a tiny speaker in one of the shades...so don't buy based on that.

Pros: The faux lambskin insert is a nice touch, but again is only for infants. My 15 month old's head already goes past the top. It would be very nice for a small baby though. The straps (particularly crotch strap) and padding are nicer than other comparably priced strollers.

Bottom line: Unless you are buying this for a newborn(s) and are fine with needing a new stroller by the time they are 18 months, I would pass on this.
