I'm not sure why the other reviewer said the arms were too tight there's elastic and Velcro. I was even able to push the sleeves down over my son's hands so that I didn't have to use gloves. It's a great jacket not too heavy not too thin and the hood is really nice you could even get a hat underneath it!I highly recommend especially now that it's on sale.

Didn't like this jacekt at all because at the wrists, the sleeves are very small and tight, and there is no elastic! Getting the sleeves over my child's hands and arms is so difficult. Not a great jacket; I wouldn't recommend it.
